Open Position: Business & IT Operations, Lead (Reputable Technology-based Provider Company)A reputable Technology-based Provider company is hiring for Business & IT Operations, Lead to manage the entire operations for the company and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.Key responsibilities include:
- More than 10 years working experience in the IT industry with more than 5 years leadership experience managing IT employees
- Working closely with the Managing Director and Management Teams in setting and driving organisational vision, operational strategy and hiring IT Talents for the company
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and organizational outcomes are met
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention of the employees (Software Developers, Product Owners, IT Support Specialist, Project Managers and etc)
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with employees, customers, clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
