JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategize action plan to achieve target set for Service Provider and product champion
Constantly propose and implement new initiatives for process improvement, sales improvements that will give positive impact and cost savings to the department
Liaise with internal parties ie, Operations support, System support, Customer Lifecycle Management, Products team, Marketing, IT, Validation team, Installer Management, Contact Centers for all business-related initiatives and strategies.
Implement sales and non-sales activities
Work together with QA department to ensure quality sales process and minimize customer complaints
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant working experience in a supervisorial position in the telemarketing industry
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Go-getter, flexible and poses optimistic attitude
Digital savvy
Experience in Omni-Channel environment will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
