Join us as Business Manager for the Motion Business Area where you will be responsible for implementing the service strategy and driving growth. Leading the service organiza-tion and responsible for the P&L you will achieve performance targets and optimize the utilization of service resources. Reporting to Lead Manager ,MO ASIA and this position will be based in Sungai Way, Selangor, Malaysia.

Your responsibilities

• Creating and driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the man-agement team. Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses
• Executing service and sales channel strategy within their own area of responsibility. Implementing productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration
• Driving consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS)
• Ensuring customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility
• Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.)
• Running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improve-ment of service productivity.Implementing agreed delivery and performance stand-ards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction
• Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction
• Driving continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsi-bility

Your background

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product/project sales and 5years of managerial experience
• Good to have a background in service sales or sales of drives, motors and generators
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Demonstrated negotiation and selling skills
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working
• relationships at all levels
