Role Description This is a hybrid internship role located in Petaling Jaya, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Intern at Endeavor Malaysia, you will support the team with daily tasks, conduct research on entrepreneurial ecosystems, create content for social media, participate in event planning, and assist with administrative duties. You will have hands-on experience with day-to-day operations at a global nonprofit organization that supports high-impact entrepreneurs. i) Endeavor Experience: Support the Entrepreneur Experience team and develop a pipeline for potential Endeavor Entrepreneurs by screening for high-potential entrepreneurs that fulfil Endeavor\'s selection criteria Assist entrepreneur\'s scaling journey through Endeavor\'s services (global network, peer-to-peer community, mentorship, community building events) Support the planning and execution of the Endeavor ScaleUp Program and develop key success metrics to continuously improve the program ii) Strategy & Marcomm Strategy: Assist in handling projects with various stakeholders: ecosystem builders, global MNCs and some of the most notable tech startups in the region. Marketing: To identify new opportunities, develop marketing plans and increase brand awareness across different channels. To work with the Endeavor Experience (EX) team as well as other key stakeholders in jointly developing and curating high-quality entrepreneurial content, delivered through both written and live event-based formats. Community Building: Assist in internal and external community-based events for Endeavor Malaysia, with the objective of building a close-knit community of entrepreneurs and mentors. Requirements Demonstrates strong curiosity and eagerness to learn and understand the entrepreneurial ecosystem and how businesses scale and operate across different verticals and business models. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills in building relationships and community effects with Endeavor Entrepreneurs and other stakeholders in the network. Ability to work both independently and in a team of highly motivated and performing individuals and build rapport with others. Strong digital proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office is required, while familiarity with business software products (Salesforce, Slack, etc,.) will be considered a plus. Organised workflow and comfortable with administration-related support and project coordination with high attention to detail.
