What will you be engaged in?

The Sales & Incident Resolution Specialist is a dynamic and versatile professional responsible for actively engaging in acquiring new car listings for our platform while efficiently managing and resolving accident-related matters for our hosts. This role requires a blend of excellent sales skills, strong interpersonal communication, exceptional customer service skills, knowledge of automotive processes, and the ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations.
As our new Business & Operation Support, Associate, you will be in charge of:

1. Supply Acquisition:

  • Actively prospect and acquire new car listings for the company\'s platform.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with automotive dealerships, private sellers, and other potential clients to expand the range of available listings.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Train hosts with the knowledge and skills needed to set up and manage successful listings on our platform
  • Assist potential Hosts in understanding the benefits of listing their cars on our platform.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from Hosts promptly and professionally.
  • Support line manager in Supply strategic goals for GMV growth and Supply efficiency multiplier driving, while optimising for Supply\'s marketplace health and sustainability
2. Accident Handling:
  • Respond promptly to accident-related and late return inquiries from Hosts and guide them through the process of reporting and resolving the incident.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, repair shops, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient resolution of accident claims.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of accident reports, communication, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to Hosts throughout the accident resolution process.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on accident resolution metrics, sales performance, and market trends
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes related to automotive accidents is a plus.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
