The Impact You\'ll MakeJoin Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you\'ll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.Who We\'re Looking For

• Develop dashboards for business data visualization to define business growth strategy and planning
• Support business units with forecasting and performance / budget / KPI target reporting.
• Support building processes / accountability system within region to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
• Maintain management information systems and compilation of statistical data (Excel or computerized). Identify and highlight discrepancies. Generate reports to facilitate management in decision-making.
• Provide business analytical support on book / ship / revenue and market outlook summary.
• Participate in project management coordination.
• Ensure reliability, consistency and quality of all data management and reporting deliverables.
• Provide administrative support which includes using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP to produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases.
• Any other general administrative duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
• Bachelor\'s degree and 3 - 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, Business Administration or Project Management within an international company or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience and knowledge of Dashboard setup with Power-Bi, VBA or programming
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
