Job Description

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
s:

Establishing strong tracking systems and productivity indicators to consistently achieve and surpass set targets.
Actively identifying potential risks and uncovering new avenues for growth and enhancement.
Ensuring precise and timely commission calculations to reduce errors and promote transparency.
Providing detailed, insightful reports to senior stakeholders to support informed, strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
