Job Description

Manage fulfillment requests coordinate last-minute adjustments to align with supplier delivery schedules. Execute PO-related tasks such as PO, stock transfers, and follow-ups on pending orders. Coordinate with Business Development and supplier partners to resolve inbound troubleshooting and delivery issues. Update and maintain SKU master data (barcode, cost, operational parameters) and ensure correct linkage of new SKUs to suppliers. Monitor supplier non-delivery and inbound fulfillment performance; track quota utilization and report anomalies. Perform PO chasing and send timely, professional reminders to suppliers on pending actions. Produce regular operational reports and ad-hoc analyses to inform stakeholders and improve processes. Work independently while escalating complex issues to relevant teams; support process improvements and SOP updates.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in logistic operational role or stakeholder management role Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas). Good time management with the ability to work independent
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
