Create and track purchase requisitions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth procurement operations.
2. Contract & Services Management
Manage and track contracts in compliance with company policies.
Ensure proper review, approval, and documentation of contracts.
Maintain records of contract terms, renewals, and expirations.
3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-term Planning
Lead the budgeting process for departments and projects.
Develop financial forecasts and strategic long-term plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial decision-making.
4. Compliance & Policy Adherence
Ensure all financial and operational activities align with policies and regulations.
Maintain strong internal controls and support audits as needed.
