Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Purchase Requisition & Order Management



Create and track purchase requisitions accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth procurement operations.

2. Contract & Services Management



Manage and track contracts in compliance with company policies. Ensure proper review, approval, and documentation of contracts. Maintain records of contract terms, renewals, and expirations.

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-term Planning



Lead the budgeting process for departments and projects. Develop financial forecasts and strategic long-term plans. Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial decision-making.

4. Compliance & Policy Adherence



Ensure all financial and operational activities align with policies and regulations. Maintain strong internal controls and support audits as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
