Responsibilities:
Planning and executing the overall business operation process of the company platform; coordinating sales, procurement, customer service, and technical teams to ensure smooth platform operation; developing and monitoring KPIs; participating in the development of operational strategies and improvement suggestions to enhance user experience and conversion rates; supervising daily administrative and internal processes; analyzing operational data and submitting regular performance reports.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or platform management; familiarity with the construction industry or B2B platform operation processes is preferred; strong teamwork and cross-departmental coordination skills; clear logic, strong analytical and execution abilities; able to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates over 30 years old with stable work experience are welcome; those with leadership potential will be considered directly for the position of Business Operations Manager.
