Job Description
Job Responsibility Responsible for the activities associated with the transportation of goods for Customers. Efficient transport planning. Track deliveries and trucks via GPS .Respond to service requests timely. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service and operational issues.Review driver performance, attendance. Respond to customer queried/ complaints/ feedbacks on a timely basis. Assist/ oversee the daily scheduling activities.Ensure all deliveries are completed on a daily basis. Job Requirements Candidate must posses at least SPM level or equivalent in any fields. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to communicate in BM, English and Mandarin-Responsible, well manner & willing to learn. Can work as a team Job Benifits Yearly bonus.
