Job Description

s:

1. Recruitment:

-Conduct and oversee whole recruitment process

-Source for suitable candidates for open job positions using various job-searching platforms

2. Project Management:

-Work together with stakeholders in planning, monitoring and leading projects and managing project resources

3. Staff Management:

-In charge of managing and supervising teams under different projects

4. Business Development:

-Contribute to company's business growth by handling new customers, bidding on new projects, creating & sharing new proposals

Requirements:

oCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field

oGood customer service, decision making & analytical skills; Goal-oriented; Flexible & Proactive

oPossess good command of written & spoken English

oOutgoing personality with an interest of working with people from various backgrounds

oExperience in recruitment / talent sourcing is an added advantage

oFresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

oWorking Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
