Handle and process Ansuran (installment) applications efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate customer requests and provide the appropriate order form based on their requirements.
Manage the preparation and submission of agreements to financial partners such as JCL or Aeon Credit.
Provide alternative solutions or payment options for customers whose Ansuran applications are not approved.
Job Requirement
Diploma or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business process management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
