- Identify, develop, and build relationship with potential clients and building your own portfolio.
- Have in-depth understanding of clients\' recruitment needs
- Handle end-to-end process of recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing to presenting candidates to match clients\' job requirements
- Deliver outstanding quality services to both clients and candidates by meeting the needs of clients as well as providing candidates with career development opportunities.
