Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with tenants on issue resolving, disputes regarding sales and services, intelligence reporting, supporting to enhance sales and service standards.
  • Preparing reports in monthly sales information, credit reports, and relevant statistics for management review.
  • Identify and create value added opportunities and understand market trends/demand. Provide valuable intelligence to tenants.
  • Maintain category management and present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate internally with other units/departments for a consolidated annual calendar of events/activities/campaigns/maintenance exercise.
  • Propose trainings that further improve service levels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3 years\' experience in mall operations and management position.
  • Proven track record handling mall operations, facilities management, or marketing in a reputed large shopping mall or real estate company.
  • Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of Commercial Facilities.
  • Good command of English, Malay, and Chinese.
  • Possess excellent organizing, communication, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point.
