Liaising with tenants on issue resolving, disputes regarding sales and services, intelligence reporting, supporting to enhance sales and service standards.
Preparing reports in monthly sales information, credit reports, and relevant statistics for management review.
Identify and create value added opportunities and understand market trends/demand. Provide valuable intelligence to tenants.
Maintain category management and present findings and recommendations to management.
Coordinate internally with other units/departments for a consolidated annual calendar of events/activities/campaigns/maintenance exercise.
Propose trainings that further improve service levels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years\' experience in mall operations and management position.
Proven track record handling mall operations, facilities management, or marketing in a reputed large shopping mall or real estate company.
Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of Commercial Facilities.
Good command of English, Malay, and Chinese.
Possess excellent organizing, communication, and networking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point.
