This alignment is crucial for businesses that want to be agile, responsive, and maximize value from their internal services .What will you need to be successful?Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.Successful candidates would need the following:Proven functional experience in a Commercial business functionExperience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectivesBachelor\'s Degree in computer science or relevant field and/or MBA or related qualification.Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP\xc2\xae) preferredCertified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM\xc2\xae) preferredYou.
