Job Description

A.

• To perform Sales Admin functions including monitoring of progress billings and collections, loan documentation etc.
• To liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.
• To attend to the correspondence with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties in connection with the documentations, billings, collections, etc.
• To prepare report in relation to the collection and other related collection tasks.
• To prepare and maintain proper records and files of all purchasers including the records in the system.
• To maintain the confidentiality of the purchasers\xe2\x80\x99 and company\xe2\x80\x99s information.
• To perform other related duties as and when required by the Management.

B.

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Administration/Marketing/Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably able to attend evening / night events & entertain clients and customers
• Work experience in Sales Administration, Credit Administration or Property Development would be an added advantage.
• Mature personality, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently
• Computer literate. Internet, Email, Ms Excel, Ms Word.
• System used: Intsoft Products (ProREDS).
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Ability to converse in other dialects will be an added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
• Able to outstation in Tawau
