Team Leader to lead our high-performing Property Sales Team in Kota Marudu/ Ranau Districts -- and help shape the future of Sabah's most exciting developments!

Your Mission

Plan, strategise, and execute

weekly & monthly sales activities

with your team Lead and motivate a dynamic sales force of up to

8 property specialists

Coach your team in

pitching, presenting, and closing deals

with confidence Boost morale through

fun, engaging team-building sessions

every 2 weeks or monthly

Report daily

to management on sales progress, leads, and challenges Attend

monthly HQ meetings

to present your team's achievements Proactively

generate new leads

and grow the company's customer base

Comprehensive Training Provided

You'll receive hands-on training on:

Mastering the art of pitching & closing Effective leadership & team motivation Lead generation strategies that work Professional reporting & communication

Who We're Looking For

Must have a valid driving license (auto & manual) Able to travel outstation at any time Strong leadership & communication skills Highly motivated, charismatic, and sociable personality Confidence in engaging customers and closing deals Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply Ability to speak, write & read Malay fluently Ability to speak, read & understand basic English

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
