Summary: Reporting to the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, the BizSec TPM Information Security Business Manager is responsible for Technical Program Manager (TPE) is a key role in AirAsia. It is responsible for protecting the organisations online payments, reputation, and customer trust by developing and implementing effective fraud prevention and detection strategies. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. The TPE will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex technical projects and programs. They act as a central point of contact, coordinating efforts between cross-functional teams, setting project goals, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. TPMs will play a crucial role in driving innovation, improving processes, and delivering high-quality technical solutions. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation from stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Ensure clear communication of project goals and expectations to the team. Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams as needed, especially guiding the Eng. team. Assign responsibilities and tasks to team members. Foster collaboration and maintain a positive team environment. Provide guidance and support to team members. Technical Expertise: Understand the technical aspects of the fraud landscape. Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements and specifications. Evaluate technical feasibility and make informed decisions. Resolve technical challenges as they arise. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project life-cycle. Implement contingency plans when necessary. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports. Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Define quality standards and ensure they are met. Conduct quality checks and audits as needed. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Documentation and Reporting: Others: Maintain detailed project documentation. Generate project reports, including status updates, milestones achieved, and lessons learned. Conduct post-project reviews and assessments. Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Qualifications : Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, finance, cybersecurity, criminology). Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex technical concepts. Highly valued skills: Strong knowledge of fraud risks, prevention techniques, and relevant laws and regulations. Familiarity with fraud detection tools and analytics. Proven experience in fraud prevention, detection, or investigation, preferably in a business or financial setting will be advantageous.
