• The role will focus on supporting and maintaining global customer-facing payment solutions.
• To speed up the deployment of payment capabilities in new countries to help drive more online revenue.
• The role\'s responsibility entails ensuring the uninterrupted operation of online payment services by overseeing the successful processing of payments through integrations with various Payment Service Providers (Wordline, iXopay, BillDesk, Amazon). This involves collaborating with countries to prevent legitimate shippers from being blocked by fraud rules.
• Additionally, it is crucial to conduct thorough testing of all scenarios before release, ensuring the functionality and reliability of the payment systems. Furthermore, the payment page templates should be accurately translated and aligned with DHL\'s branding guidelines.
• To ensure comprehensive understanding and proficiency, coordinating training sessions for all relevant business stakeholders is essential. This involves liaising with respective teams, such as the Central Bureau, Payment Service Providers, and Fraud team, to facilitate training opportunities and enhance overall knowledge and expertise.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• The primary focus is on supporting and maintaining the stability of all global digital payment integrations, which generate revenue exceeding 80 million EUR annually across 85 countries.
• The key objectives include supporting our strategy to accelerate the enablement of online payment capabilities in additional countries and driving increased online revenue.
• The systems within the scope of this role include MyDHL+, ShipNow, DHLe Mobile, and the Payment Service Module.A crucial aspect of this position is cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a deep understanding of their needs. Effective communication is essential for engaging with teams, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Staying abreast of market trends is critical in this role. Continuously evaluating the feasibility of enhancing processes, increasing efficiency, and incorporating innovations is important to better serve our customers.
• By fulfilling these responsibilities, this role will contribute significantly to the success of our global digital payment solutions and the organization as a whole.

• Manage the setup of new integrations with payment service providers

This entails arranging meetings with various PSPs, helping countries set up new merchant accounts to process their payments with card schemes, working with countries to ensure internal awareness of the new payment processing, and helping configure the technical environments: iXopay (connectors/adaptors/post-processing file fetches), Payment Service Module, MyDHL+ Admin module. Additionally, you will liaise with various internal teams, including the SAP team, Central Bureau team, Country teams, and ITS.

• Manage Payment Pages

Help design and create new payment page variants, as well as PHP/HTML pages in various local languages.

• Manage Testing

Develop test plans for system testing, PST, penetration testing, and UAT. Manage the test environment setup and coordinate test execution with various teams. Take the lead in troubleshooting and generating management reports.

• Daily management of online payment & fraud management

All credit card transactions are screened by our fraud management solution, and it is essential to monitor transactions using our Microsoft DFP fraud management system to actively intercept fraud attempts.
These tasks include:
- Analyzing transactions to determine fraud from legitimate shipping.
- Monitor and generate daily reports to manage fraud.
- Another key task is to develop risk profiles with our payment orchestration platforms.

• Generate volume reports

Another important area related to payments is tracking transaction volumes and revenue. The source data for these reports come from external vendors (PSPs) such as Amazon, iXopay, Worldline, BillDesk, and PayPal. Generating monthly volume reports is one of the key tasks.Do you have what it takes?

• Candidates are recommended to possess a Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, or a closely related field.
• Relevant work experience in IT or integration projects is required to meet the qualifications for this position.
• Strong analytical skills and prior coding experience are also essential.
• Proficiency in HTML and PHP is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience working with IT integration-/development- projects is necessary.
• Verbal and written fluency in English is required.
