JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
  • Support identification and interpretation of data/ reports/ research results
  • Document and refine product specifications (documentation of deliverables of squad)
  • Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications
  • Source and analyse data for the creation of baseline, future state costs, FTE, process maps and any other analysis required for mission
  • Analyse data and solves data-related issues
  • Examine ways to better understand customer needs and potential improvement of team performance via data capture and analysis
  • Support to develop and enhance home loans products by pricing, feature and risk characteristics
  • Support evaluation of product specific needs and introduce / enhance product features, services, process, introduction of acquisition campaigns and sales kickers for alternate sales channels
  • Understand product and processes in scope to support and with issue resolution
  • Track and analyse product performance and campaigns (Post Campaign Evaluation)
  • Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications and review
  • Perform duties as assigned by Squad Lead, Homeowners Solutions and Head of Secured Assets including and not limited to special rates requests, customer inquiries/ requests via CPM mailbox, product training, corporate website update, product collaterals, monthly portfolio performance tracking reports, annual valuation reports, BNM OPR revision, support Islamic Retail Products on product launch and post launched activities, monitor competitor analysis, budget utilization tracking, accruals, invoice payments
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
  • The charter is to serve homeowners' needs along entire journey, from discovery to disbursement and beyond. Ensure that the customer experience is simple, fast and seamless
  • Generate quality customer insight, manage information, identify trends to assist decision making. Apply business understanding and leverage analytics to support delivery of squad mission
SQUAD MISSION:
  • Plan, develop and review homeowner products to address full range of homeowners needs
  • Design, propose and run acquisition campaigns (external) & internal sales challenges to convince NTB & ETB customers to take up homeowner products
  • Address product specific requests to determine needs (product gaps, rates, competitive advantages, retention) and ensure product is well-accepted in the market
