\xe2\x80\x93 Lead early-stage venture engagement with a focus on growth, scaling and commercialisation.
\xe2\x80\x93 Identify, explore, and mature high impact projects across diverse technology themes, including validating product-market fit and proof-of-concept for ventures.
\xe2\x80\x93 Accelerate innovative deployment by providing ventures with crucial commercial expertise and capabilities, facilitating meaningful internal and external collaborations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Leverage deep technical and commercial skills to develop actionable insights and drive business value and impact, especially in hard tech, energy & renewables (e.g., hydrogen, carbon capture, advanced materials, chemicals etc.).
