Intern, Sales Support & Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Sales Support & Operations Manager to support various functions within the Razer Gold Distribution Hub. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management and understand the inner workings of a dynamic tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the platform. Support the Manager in executing operational activities. Help in maintaining operational documentation and reports. Participate in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and process adherence. Help in troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely resolutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Great written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of Razer Gold products is an advantage.
