Key Responsibilities
To build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers to drive customer loyalty, expand business opportunities, and increase revenue.
To address key customer inquiries regarding products, services, and solutions to provide timely and accurate information, promoting trust and loyalty.
To oversee the processing of key customer orders, ensuring they are handled efficiently and delivered on time to meet customer expectations.
To investigate and resolve any issues or complaints from key customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive business relationships.
To track the performance of key customer accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, ensuring account growth and long-term business partnerships.
Job Requirements
A recognized Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in sales, customer service, account management or any client-facing roles.
Exposure to administrative or data entry tasks.
Strong analytical and research abilities to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
Excellent in relationship building and networking skills to foster trust and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for clear, persuasive interactions with customers, colleagues and management.
Good in problem solving and strategic thinking skills to address customer issues proactively and align solutions with business goals.
Proficiency in data analysis and report generation to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer documentation, contracts, and communication.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects efficiently.
Business acumen and market awareness to understand industry dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
Mobility and willingness to travel.
