Job Description

Job Scope:-



1. Administrative Support

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling. Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishments. Maintain company records and ensure organized documentation. Assist in preparing letters, memos, and basic reports. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
2. Finance Support

Assist in preparing and processing basic invoices and payment vouchers. Perform petty cash handling, staff claims processing, and simple recordkeeping. Support monthly expense tracking and liaise with accountant/bookkeeper as required. Maintain files for receipts and financial documents.
3. Human Resources Support

Maintain employee records including leave applications and attendance. Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires. Help coordinate staff welfare activities and HR communications. Track staff leave balances and generate simple HR reports.
4. Procurement Coordination

Assist in sourcing office supplies, equipment, and vendor quotations. Prepare purchase requests and follow up with suppliers. Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure goods received are in order. Maintain simple inventory and asset logs.
5. Sales & Marketing

Help organize marketing campaigns (email, social media, events) Answer and route incoming calls or messages to the appropriate departments Provide basic information about company services or policies

Job Requirement:



SPM / Sijil / Diploma or related qualifications. 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Able to handle confidential information responsibly. Willing to learn and support multiple functions in a small team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
