- Assist in handling various applications for custom documentation.
- Assist in managing key accounts and customer relationships.
- Assist in planning and managing shipping deliveries.
- Assist in processing and posting orders accurately and promptly.
- Assist in monitoring team tasks and ensuring reports meet KPIs.
- Assist with customer complaints, problem-solving, and proposing solutions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database.
- Assist in other tasks as per superior's intructions.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in speaking, writing and reading in Malay, English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
