: \xc2\xb7 Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls of customers. \xc2\xb7 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper filing and recording of all data and information (e.g., customer ratings, booking details). \xc2\xb7 Work closely with the operators to resolve the problem of customers. \xc2\xb7 Provide improvement solution on the customer service process. \xc2\xb7 Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
