Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and export team. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and international clients to ensure smooth export processes. Assist in preparing export documents, invoices, and reports. Communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and partners via email, WeChat, and phone. Support marketing and business development activities targeting China and other Mandarin-speaking markets. Perform general office duties and support management as needed.

Requirements



Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required

to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in export, logistics, or the food industry is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
