About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business / System Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, creating process flows for reference by developers and testers, and ensuring that project deliverables meet the intended objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a decision-maker, and can lead projects without being prompted.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document detailed business and system requirements. Draft process flows, diagrams, and functional specifications for development and testing reference. Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently without needing constant supervision. Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with the development team. Make informed decisions on module-related issues, balancing functionality, feasibility, and business objectives. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and tested. Conduct requirement validation sessions and provide clarification during development and QA stages. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth project handover.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst (candidates with less experience will be considered if they have strong analytical skills, process documentation abilities, or a proven capacity to learn quickly)*.
Strong understanding of

software development lifecycle (SDLC)

and Agile methodologies. Ability to create clear process flows, wireframes, and requirement documentation. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Strong leadership qualities and ability to drive projects to completion independently. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

Experience in government or enterprise-level IT projects. Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello). Knowledge of database structures and API integration concepts.
