The Business & Transformation Support Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting business transformation by centralizing reporting, optimizing processes, and preparing management presentations. This role ensures seamless execution of ETS initiatives, enables data-driven decision-making, and identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, while representing GM's office in internal meetings when necessary.
ETS: KPI & Project timeline tracking for all deparmental transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
1. ETS Tracking & Execution Support (40%)
Track ETS projects, identify execution bottlenecks, and ensure timely reporting to superior.

. Data Analysis & Management Dashboards (40%)
Develop predictive models to identify trends, patterns, growth opportunities, and resource optimization opportunities across regions, products, distributors, and departments. Prepare presentations with actionable insights to support strategic decisions that balance growth objectives with resource optimization.

. Stakeholder Meeting Coordination (10%)
Prepare executive presentations, reports, and key business documents. Represent GM's office in internal meetings, track meeting decision, action items, and ensure follow-ups are executed according to GM's priorities.

. Process Optimization (10%)
Automate manual reporting tasks, streamline administrative processes, and improve operational efficiency for respective departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in business reporting, project coordination, or analytics.
Experience working in transformation projects and executive reporting preferred.
Execution Support: Strong coordination skills for project tracking and follow-ups.
Data Integration & Management: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools for dashboard development and data visualization.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Presentation & Documentation: Ability to create high-quality executive reports and presentations.
Meeting Facilitation & Stakeholder Management: Ability to represent GM's office and engage with cross-functional teams.
Process Automation: Strong ability to streamline repetitive reporting tasks for efficiency.
Solid analytical skill, problem solving, people management, strong communication & presentation skills.
Have the capabilities to facilitate project workshop/working session.
Supervisory skill is also essential
