  • Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy to drive market penetration across the private hospitals sector.
  • Build brand presence and market awareness through extensive marketing plans.
  • Lead P&L management and monitor budget, expenses, and forecasting for the total business unit.
  • Identify, engage, and partner with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration to achieve business targets.
  • Enable commercial success and business growth through business leadership and effective commercial management.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or relevant.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior commercial management role. (Experience handling dermatology or similar will be an added advantage).
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
