core direction, portfolio structure, and strategic identity

of the firm.

The Role

We're looking for a

Co-Founder / Founding Partner

who's not just after a job, but a

. Someone who can build, lead, and scale with us.
Your focus will be on

business development, strategy, deal sourcing, partnerships

, and helping to build the investment pipeline.

This role suits someone who is:

AI, blockchain, fintech, or creator economy

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth and partnership strategies Assist in forming the core structure of the venture fund and studio model Oversee deal flow, startup evaluation, and portfolio curation Lead investor outreach, brand partnerships, and media collaborations Collaborate closely with the founder to shape the vision, capital strategy, and ecosystem narrative

Ideal Background

Background in

business, finance, tech, or venture/startups

Experience in building or managing small teams Familiar with modern funding and startup ecosystems (VC, Web3, or AI startups) Confident communicator and networker Based in or connected to

KL or global startup networks
