Established in May 2007, TMR has evolved into a multiplatform media company, providing business news to its audience via several mediums like print, online web portal \'themalaysianreserve.com\', social media platforms and TMRtv. Role Description TMR Media Sdn Bhd is looking for a Business Writer to join their team in Petaling Jaya. This is a full-time role, where the production office located in PJ but working from home on a consideration basis is acceptable. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, generating ideas for stories, and writing articles on various topics, including business, economics and finance. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail Experience in Business writing, and familiarity with Business, Finance and Economics topics Able to work well under tight deadlines with minimal supervision Good analytical and research skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to generate original ideas and think creatively Must be able to work independently or as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English Language Experience in multimedia news-gathering and editing skills (not mandatory but a plus)
