Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to join our kitchen team. The Butcher will be responsible for selecting, cutting, and preparing high-quality meats to be used in our menu offerings. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality, adhering to food safety standards, and ensuring efficient operations in our kitchen.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Able to speak in Mandarin
Knowledge of various meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety practices.
Physical ability to lift heavy products and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Meat Preparation:
Cut, trim, and prepare meat cuts according to restaurant specifications.
Portion meats accurately based on recipe requirements and portion sizes.
Grind, slice, and tenderize meats as necessary.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain inventory of meats and report low stock levels.
Assist with ordering and receiving meat products to ensure freshness and quality.
Properly label and store all meat products to ensure optimal shelf life.
Quality and Safety Standards:
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Inspect and evaluate meats for quality, freshness, and appearance.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and workspaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to fulfill specific meat preparation requests.
Ensure that prepared meats are readily available and organized for easy access during service.
