• Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Able to speak in Mandarin
• Knowledge of various meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety practices.
• Physical ability to lift heavy products and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat cuts according to restaurant specifications.
• Portion meats accurately based on recipe requirements and portion sizes.
• Grind, slice, and tenderize meats as necessary.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain inventory of meats and report low stock levels.
• Assist with ordering and receiving meat products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Properly label and store all meat products to ensure optimal shelf life.

Quality and Safety Standards:

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inspect and evaluate meats for quality, freshness, and appearance.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and workspaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to fulfill specific meat preparation requests.
• Ensure that prepared meats are readily available and organized for easy access during service.
