Job Description

Responsibilities:



Cut, trim, bone, and prepare meats Maintain proper inventory levels and rotate stock Ensure all meat products meet quality and safety standards Operate and maintain knives, saws, grinders, and other cutting equipment safely Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations

Qualifications:



Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation methods, and portion control Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Excellent attention to detail and knife-handling skills

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
