Description -
- Strategically source, procure products and services for assembly/test operations at the optimum cost and top quality.
- Drive continuous cost improvement by strategic sourcing, price negotiation and value engineering/value analysis projects.
- Supplier accreditation, review, supplier relationship management.
- Supplier quotation review, analysis and negotiation.
- Contract review/management, PR/PO process.
- Identify varied sources of commodities and services, conduct tender, evaluate bids, award contract and purchase order.
- Manage escalation to resolve supplier-related problems.
- Other duties as assigned
- Candidate shall possess Degree in Business/Administration/Management /Economic/Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Must be independent, dynamic and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Posses good analytical, strong verbal and written communication skill, excellent interpersonal skill. Computer literacy with advance in Ms Excel.
- Capable of demonstrating optimism, good interaction and negotiation skills, no bias and no discrimination attitude.
- Thorough knowledge of company policies especially procurement procedures, code of business conduct.
- Knowledge on value engineering methodology, material management is an added advantage
