Buyer We are looking for a strong, result driven individual, who has in depth experience in indirect material procurement, to support our Malaysia. Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia Operation and drive sustainable and cost competitive supplies for indirect materials and services. This is an individual contributor position that requires you to work with Tetra Pak Market Company teams in the region. What you will do As a Buyer, you will: Identify suppliers, drive sourcing, negotiating and contracting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies for Corporate and Professional Services (HR, Professional Services, Marcom, Travel). Facilities & Real Estate Management and IT for Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia. Drives compliance for the Purchase to Pay process. Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Own overall operational duty related to assigned category and manage the end-to-end solution with the support from shared service center. Engage with stakeholders to identify the most suitable supply solution for a given demand. Drive continuous improvement of Cost and Supply Base performance. Apply total cost of ownership and demand management in selection and performance process. Build Supplier Relationship and drive Partnership and collaboration at all levels. We believe you have Bachelor\'s degree of any discipline. 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in Indirect materials & services sourcing. Able to drive the sourcing activity independently. Knowledge in ARIBA and SAP. Good negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Good in Microsoft Excel Focus on performance and delivery of accurate and timely results. Experience in managing stakeholders in matrix organization in an international environment. Able to undertake multiple tasks.
