Identify and source products and services locally based on the company's needs.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, meeting quality and budget requirements.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contracts and quality standards.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Inventory and Cost Management:
Maintain and monitor stock levels of purchased goods to avoid shortages or overstock.
Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure materials meet demand forecasts.
Control and track procurement costs to align with budget targets.
Order Management and Documentation:
Process purchase orders accurately and ensure they are completed on time.
Maintain records of all procurement transactions, including contracts, invoices, and payment schedules.
Ensure proper documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
Quality Control:
Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure purchased items meet the company's quality standards.
Address any quality issues with suppliers and resolve them in a timely manner.
Collaboration and Support:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of local suppliers and food packaging standards is an advantage
