Job Description
Opportunity to work on a regional role with a globally recognised organisation.
The Buyer will be the overseeing dedicated activities of purchasing in the procurement team. This person will be working closely with the regional team to support the company. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
- Indirect procurement of Services (Marketing, Travelling, IT, Real Estate, Facilities, Events, HR)
- Experience in managing, sourcing, negotiating with suppliers
- Working closely with MYSG Team
- Ensure purchasing processes is according to compliance.
- Reports monthly and frequently when required to stakeholders.
- Monitoring overall purchasing performance and suggest improvement of Cost and Supply base
- At least a Bachelor\'s degree of business management or similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in indirect procurement.
- Proficient in Excel, SAP
- Great negotiation, sourcing, communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
