Handle purchasing activities including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
Evaluate and compare vendor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Maintain proper records of purchase, pricing, and supplier performance.
Coordinate closely with the production and warehouse departments to ensure smooth supply of materials.
Identify potential suppliers and establish long-term business relationships.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and ISO standards.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least
2 years of working experience in the current company
, preferably in a
manufacturing environment
