KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Responsible to liaise and maintain strong relationships with brand principle or suppliers Manage merchandising budget and cost control that's provided by Inventory Control team Conduct market research, analyze and survey the latest trends, buying patterns and predict future trends Develop product strategy and assortment plans for retail, wholesale and e-commerce while supporting brand initiatives Determine retail price to ensure optimum sales and profit levels Create and maintain Storyboard whenever seasonal orders are being placed and update the ETA of the products To ensure item master has been created before stocks arrive and update New Arrival List to relevant departments Work closely with Inventory Control and Finance team to plan and coordinate shipping plan Work closely with Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure stocks are booked into warehouse in a timely manner Planning, coordinating and executing brand related tradeshows together with Brand team Attend selection meetings with brand principle or suppliers To create reports if required by brand principle or suppliers Weekly branch visits to report back the findings on merchandise Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent At least 5-6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Excellent in MS Excel Knowledge (Pivot table & V-lookup) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills, highly creative with ability to think out of the box Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment Excellent planning, organizing and coordination skills Dedicated and result oriented and able to work under a tight schedule Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills are required Self-motivated, good people manager, good team leader and good team player Capable to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people Willing to travel and possess own transport Willing to travel locally or overseas when required Willing to work in Damansara Heights
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
