Job Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate buying, promotional & merchandising activities for Fresh (Meat and Seafood) /Grocery/Dried Goods, Fruits and Vegetables and follow through with timely inward and outward deliveries. \xe2\x80\xa2 To negotiate with local and international suppliers on price, quantity, quality, and trading terms to meet the Company\'s objective. \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop an action plan and recommendation to reduce the store\'s disposal. \xe2\x80\xa2 To compile the information from all stores and analyse customer purchasing behaviour and market trend. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor suppliers\' delivery performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the optimum stock level for all stores are maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 To keep abreast of competition, product price and trends, and provide feedback to the Management. Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma OR Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies /Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Retail Supermarket/Wholesales & Trade industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess with good attitude, communication, and negotiation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Abundance of contacts with vendors / suppliers of various product categories will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written skills, \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in Mandarin is added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya and willing to travel as when require. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 6 Working days (Monday - Saturday)
