Your Role:

Develop, structure, and revise curriculum content. Align materials with industry and airline requirements. Collaborate with trainers to create engaging lesson plans. Prepare digital and print learning resources.

Requirements:

Preferably ex-cabin crew or aviation educator. Diploma/Degree in Education, Aviation, or Instructional Design. Strong written English and content development skills. Familiar with curriculum standards and adult learning principles.
