Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and finishing cabinets, cupboards, wardrobes, and other millwork fixtures in residential, commercial, and renovation projects. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to read technical drawings to ensure installations meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Measure, layout, and prepare installation areas based on drawings, blueprints, or design plans. Install kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, shelving, and other custom millwork with precision. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. Ensure cabinets are level, properly aligned, and securely fastened. Make necessary adjustments, modifications, or on-site cuts to ensure proper fit. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules. Repair or replace damaged cabinetry and hardware as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally during installation.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Cabinet Installer, Carpenter, or similar role. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings. Proficient in the use of woodworking tools and installation equipment. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy cabinetry. Good problem-solving skills and adaptability for on-site adjustments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
