Position:

Draughtsman

Location:

Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities

Assist the architectural design team in preparing detailed technical drawings and plans. Translate design concepts into accurate

2D drawings

and

3D models

using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Prepare project documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure drawings are precise, compliant, and properly organized throughout all project stages. Collaborate closely with architects and project teams to support smooth project execution.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields. Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

in drafting or similar roles within the construction/design industry. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp

, and working knowledge of

Microsoft Office

. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a

fast-paced environment

. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication skills in

English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (a must)

. Possess own transport.

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary:

RM

3,500 - RM 6,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
