Welcome customers as they enter the restaurant and guide them, if necessary, to where they should be or stand at waiting area or place an order for take out.
Answer any questions customers may have about ingredients, portion sizes, and how the food is prepared.
Take customer orders, guiding them with selections and making recommendations if requested
Cleaning table and arrange cutleries.
Promote restaurant products by offering to upgrade items or special menu if available.
Prepare food and drinks quickly and consistently according to company standards for presentation, recipes, and assembly.
Maintain a clean and lean work station and the whole dining area including washroom and storeroom.
Checking food and drink quality if necessary, solve customer complaints.
Stock arrangement and report to the management for stock ordering.
Maintain a lean and clean work areas, utensils and equipment to a safety standards including washing dishes and grease trapper cleaning.
Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
