• Oversee daily cafe operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, stock, etc.)
• Lead and support a small team of cafe staff (baristas, servers, etc.)
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle any issues professionally
• Manage inventory and order supplies when needed
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards
• Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties
• Monitor sales and help achieve daily or monthly targets
• Train new staff on cafe procedures and service standards
• Ensure health & safety, cleanliness, and hygiene are always maintained
• Work closely with the owner/management to improve cafe performance
• 6 days work

• Prior experience in F&B or cafe operations (supervisory experience is a bonus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to multitask and stay calm during busy hours
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
