Kelayakan
- Oversee daily cafe operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, stock, etc.)
- Lead and support a small team of cafe staff (baristas, servers, etc.)
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle any issues professionally
- Manage inventory and order supplies when needed
- Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards
- Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties
- Monitor sales and help achieve daily or monthly targets
- Train new staff on cafe procedures and service standards
- Ensure health & safety, cleanliness, and hygiene are always maintained
- Work closely with the owner/management to improve cafe performance
- 6 days work
- Prior experience in F&B or cafe operations (supervisory experience is a bonus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to multitask and stay calm during busy hours
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
