Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection.
Take orders accurately and process payments via POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
2. Food & Beverage Support
Assist in preparing simple beverages, snacks, and light meals (as per menu).
Ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation of items served.
Replenish supplies (condiments, utensils, takeaway items, etc.) regularly.
3. Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counter, and kitchen.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning down the cafe.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor/manager of replenishment needs.
Comply with food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
4. Teamwork & Support
Work closely with colleagues (baristas, kitchen crew, cashiers) to ensure smooth operations.
Support the team during peak hours by multitasking (serving, cleaning, preparing orders).
Assist with basic administrative tasks as directed by the Cafe Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is an advantage (training can be provided).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
